As long as I got green tea

First and foremost, I'm want to state that my cooking skill is sooooooo good like I seriously going to cry every time I taste my own cook yes sungguh berlagak! Second and foremost, that means, I am sooooooo not going to diet. Because makan is the happiest thing on Earth how could you give up on makan?





But to be honest, I recite this niat 'hari ni aku nak diet' almost every day. But when it comes to the peak of the day contohnya setiap kali balik kerja you know when you drive alone and tak ada benda lain kau fikir balik ni nak masak apa balik ni nak masak apa balik ni nak masak apa so kadang-kadang perut tak berapa nak lapar pun terus lapar balik rumah cabut tudung je jubah-jubah semua bawak masuk dapur I don't care. In a way, you can imagine how excited I am waiting for my own kitchen nanti kan?





Well, it comes with the title 'as long as I got green tea' because basically I've tried so many ways to reduce my jeans size. Atkins diet, seminggu je tahan. Egg diet. 3 days. Puasa? Bangun sahur pun fail so apa lagi cadangan agak-agaknya nak disuakan dekat aku ni? Sofian even help me bought a treadmill kononnya aku tak ada masa nak larilah, cuaca tak menentulah, bahayalah, alasan ooooiii alasan. Then work out pun tak guna kalau bedal makanan sesuka hati jugak.





So that's how I end up with the idea of this green tea diet. It pretty much sucks actually. Syarat dia kena minum setiap kali selepas makan. Whatever makanlah breakfast ke, lunch ke, dinner ke. So basically kalau sehari tu makan 3 kali, maka 3 kalilah minum green tea. Kalau 2 kali makan, 2 kalilah minum green tea. And setiap kali nak tidur pun amalkan at least sejam sebelum tidur. Biasanya dah malam-malam ni tak lalu nak masuk apa jenis makanan pun apatah lagi green tea so kadang-kadang aku perah limau nipis ke limau kasturi ke it's like baru senang nak masuk tekak.





Setakat ni, ada la seminggu aku buat. Perut agak flat dari kebiasaan. Walaupun makan makanan berat. Sebab apa, menurut pembacaan aku teh hijau sifatnya untuk meningkatkan metabolisma badan. Kira agen pembakar lemak jugak la tuh. So, walaupun makan banyak-banyak, tapi sebab lepas makan tu minum teh hijau (tanpa gula ok) maka kadar serba salah dalam diri tu agak berkuranganlah sikit.






Pretty appealing right?
Or not?





Anyway, macam awal lagi nak cerita tentang hasil. Tak kurus pun tak pa aahh. Yang penting badan tak lesu, tak malas, tak sakit hhmm semalam dok buat proposal belanjawanan rumah tangga sampai pukul 1 apedehal? Proposal thesis bila nak mula Cha?
